Before automation, I spent five years in eCommerce operations, eventually handling Team Lead and Purchasing Manager responsibilities for an online arbitrage business. I reviewed products, monitored performance, approved purchases, tracked KPIs, and helped keep daily operations organized.

In late 2025, I barely knew GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, Trigger.dev, or Claude. Ten months later, I’m using them to build real business systems that save time, reduce repetitive work, improve follow-ups, and keep operations moving without constant manual intervention. But the mindset stayed the same: understand the process, find the bottleneck, define who owns the next action, then build around it. Process first. Tools second.
